Visited this resturant twice, once for lunch and once for dinner and drinks. Service was lacking both times. Slow and bordering on rude, we waited for a table, waited to be served, waited for our entre, waited for desert and then were hurried to be cashed-out. For such a `hot` place, they sure don't search very hard for congenial help. The food is good, but not all it's cracked up to be. There is nothing on their menu that could be called fantastic or wonderful. Not that it's bad, either, it just isn't that raveable. The service problem is probably the reason. They should quit hiring friends of friends and look for some talented or at least semi-enthuastic help. The Mill caters to a young, well-off clientel, that really has no pallet for anything other than being seen at the 'right' place with the flavor-of-the-day micro-brew. If you want better food and a similar price with more friendly help, go up the block to Highland Ave. and have your pick. Expect to spend $30-$40 for dinner for two, a bit less for a lunch special. Handicapped accessability in some attractive areas of the resturant is a problem as the resturant has level changes and no easily accessable way to the patio dining area. Restrooms are marginally accessable and near the kitchen.
